I'm Jess, a seamstress of over 22 years, working out of my home in Pingree Grove, IL.

I started sewing around age 11, making pin cushions and dresses for my dolls. By high school I was making duffel bags, comforters, and my own dresses! (but don’t ask me to do that now ; ) ) I studied makeup and costume design & construction in college, graduating with a BA in costume/theater design from Columbia College Chicago.

Now I’m a busy Mom, a fitness class instructor, and a part time seamstress.
