No, I do not have the machine nor the expertise that is required for embroidery. I can add on patches or appliques, but nothing custom. If you are local please contact DD Creations in Huntley for your embroidery needs.

I work out of my home in Pingree Grove, IL. When you book an appointment you will receive the address.

You may park on the driveway or street. Please ring the bell at your appointment time. I take care of my appointments in my front room and customers may use my entry way bathroom to change.

Every project is different and turnaround greatly varies by the time of year and how many orders I currently have. Some items may be done as soon as the next day and others could take 2-3 weeks. Although I generally have all items done within 2 weeks. I can always accommodate an earlier pick up date, just let me know when the item is needed upfront so I can better plan for your service. * Items needed in less than 2 days may be subject to a slight upcharge.

Unofficially, I do charge less for multiples of the same type of item. Such as 3 pairs of jeans needing to be hemmed may be $8-10, as opposed to the standard $10-12.

I also offer a $10 off any service when you purchase a book (any format) from my best friend, Author, Tara N Gabrys. She has several books available in formats as low as $7 (which means you actually save money!) You can learn more about her books on her website Here. I have paperback copies of each book available for purchase but if you choose to purchase an audiobook or kindle version just show me proof of purchase to get your discount.

Small holes, tears and simple mending are generally accepted on any item, I am able hand sew when I can. Large coats can be difficult to get in my machine and therefore I do not alter them. I may be able to change a zipper on a slim coat, but general altering will need to be confirmed before booking.

Most likely no, I no longer make things like clothing and bags from fabric for my customers. I do occasionally make and sell homemade items though.
